Mails close at the Ohief Post Office, Dunedin, subject to any necessary alterations as under:— For Northern Ports, overland dally, at 10.30 a.m., at Chief Post Office. Late letters, guard's van, North train, at 11 a.m. Thursday, Januabt 16. For Southland, Australian Colonies, India, China, Japan, Continent of Europe, United Kingdom, etc.—Per Wairarapa, at 3 p.m. Money order 3 (for Australian Coloriea only), registered letters, and newspapers at 2 p.m. Letters for the United Kingdom must be specially addressed, and paid Is per Joz.
