[From Ocr Own Reporter.]

Up to two o'clock to-day the weather was unpromising for the show, but it now promises to clear up. The Bhow is a very good one. There is a smaller entry of sheep owing to owners of mcrinoes withholding their stock. The quality of the exhibits on the ground is very satisfactory. The exhibits of cattle are well up to the average, especially in shorthorns. In draught horses the exhibits are in quality about equal to that of former years. The exhibits of implements and of locally manufactured goods are very strong. The attendance is not large to-day, but few persons except judges and interested persons being present.
