AUCKLAND, November 2. Mr Alfred Olive Sproul, J.P., of Taupo, died suddenly yesterday afternoon at the residence of Mrs Spencer, Ponsonby. He had been dead for two hours when discovered. Mr John M. Harvey has disappeared mysteriously. He was despatched by the Auckland Executive Committee to assist Mr J. L, Holland at the New Zealand Exhibition, and has not been seen since the 11th ult. It is feared he fell overboard from the steamer. He waß well known to miners on the West Coast,
