[From Odh Own Correspondent.] LAWRENCE, October 31. Simpson and Hart, of the Wetherstones Brewery, were charged at the Police Court to-day with committing breaches of the Beer Duty Act in failing to affix and cancel the stamps on five hogsheads of beer. Defendants, who admitted the various charges,

were fined in all LIOO and costs (L2 ss). The informations were laid by Mr Chamberlain (Collector of Customs).
