A SOLICITOR IN TROUBLE.
WELLINGTON, October 24.
In Chambers to-day a rule nisi was granted calling on W. Brassey, solicitor, of Gisborne, to answer affidavits in connection with certain alleged misconduct on his part as solicitor for C. J. Jury. The order was made returnable at the" first sitting of the Banco Court in Wellington after the expiration of fourteen days.
