The first meeting of creditors in the estate of Andrew Fowler Miller, of Dunedin, vanman, which was to have been held at the Official Assignee's office this afternoon, lapsed for want of a quorum. He was earning 35s per week now, and earned 37s 6d for some time. He had a wife and children, and was pressed by one of the creditors (Waghorn) and forced to file. He had no property or money. He was not ill when out of employment—he could not get anything to do. He had been paying his way lately, but had been uuable to pay anything off tho old debts.
