Sir.—Allow me to inform " Workman," of Milton, that the date o! the mass meeting called to discuss the above Bill has been altered from November 3 to October 27. Notice of alteration has been sent along, and will be duly advertised. A desire to hold the meeting the same day as the Invercargill one has necessitated the alteration in date.—l am, etc., Employe.
