WELLINGTON, October 23.
It is stated that Earl Onslow has declined to entertain the offer of the Grand Mastership for at least twelve months, and the Grand Lodge formed in Wellington intend now to offer the position to either Bro. Sir R. Stout or Bro. H. Thompson, D.G.M., of Christohurch.
