MEETING OF CREDITORS.
BE T. PINDEK. An adjourned meeting in the estate of Thomas Pinder, hotelkeeper, of Naseby, was held this afternoon and attended by eight creditors.
The Assignee said that the business before the meeting was consideration of the tenders.
After short discussion, it was resolved unanimously to accept the tender of Mr James Sim, of L 575 for the hotel, furniture, and license, the wines, spirits, and beer to be taken over at valuation; the fancy goods, crockery, etc., to be sold by auction ; the Golden Gully shares to be sold to the bankrupt for LSO.
