WELLINGTON, October 19,
At the inquest on the body of the child found in Nairn street a verdict of "Death from natural causes " was returned. There was nothing to cause any suspicion of foul play, and it is supposed the infant died soon after birth, and was exposed to eavo funeral expenses. It is a common thing for doctors to be asked by poor people whether they cannot bury dead children themselves in back gardens. No clue has [been found to the parents in this instance.
