A novel scheme has been adopted by an estate agent of Liverpool, who, with a view to secure the most respectable and permanent class of tenants for cottage property, offers the inducement of the payment, by way of insurance, of LSO in case of accidental death, or L 25 in case of total disablement, to the legal representatives of tenants of this class of property. This is cortainly a novelty in estate management; and the scheme seems feasible enough, and quite merits the consideration of proprietors.
