PALACE CAR COUPONS.
TO THE EDITOR. Sir,—Observing a letter in your paper in reference to the above, I (as one interested) may state that I spoke to Mr Young on the subject, and he said that all money paid for unused coupons would be returned, and that he intended to advertise to that effect. My interview with him took place about a fortnight ago ; I therefore think that he has been very dilatory in the matter. Possibly this correspondence may remind him of his promise,—l am, etc., Pro Bono Publico. Dunedin, October 16.
