As compared with closing rates of last series prices are higher for greasy, Id for good combing scoured, and for coarse cross bred. The lower classes of scoured are unchanged. The total quantity sold is 221,000 bales, of which 110,000 bales have been taken for export. Stocks in consumers hands are small, and general state of trade good."
