Mr D. M, Luckie has resigned the Com.nissionership of the Government Insurance Department, in consequence of the increase of work being too much for his failing health, Mr F. W. Franklyn is to combiue the position of Commissioner with the supervision of the actuarial work, and Mr Luckie is to be Assistant Commissioner, receiving the same salary as now.
