RAILWAY EMPLOYES' INSURANCE.
WELLINGTON, October 15. In reference to the telegram from Christchurch respecting the Railway Employes' Insurance Bill, the Commissioners state that they do not intend to take steps to force it on; but employes will have ample opportunity given them of expressing their views on the subject before any final decision is arrived at about the scheme.
