ST. KILDA MAYORALTY.
TO THE EDITOB,
Sir, —I have just been informed that someone is going round to obtain signatures from ratepayers to ask Mr James Stenhouse (the present mayor of St. Kilda) to allow himself to be again nominated for the office. I would kindly ask ratepayers not to pledge their votes, as new blood will be in the field.—l am, etc, A Ratepayer. Dunedin, October 15.
