The ' Press' reports the marriage this week of Miss A. C. Donnelly, formerly of Dunedin, who has for several years past been a contributor to the newspaper literature of this colony, Her * Gallery Sketches' and contributions on ' The Churches and Preachers of Christchurch,' which appeared in the columns of the ' Weekly Press,' displayed literary merit of a high order.
Ireland has 200,000 women lace-makers.
