Young v. Jones.—ln this previonslyheard case (a claim for damages for breach of contract, etc.) His Worship now gave judgment for plaintiff for L 4 13s 6d, with costs (L 4 7s 6d), Corporation of Dunedin v. J. Scott.— Claim to recover possession of allotments in Kaikorai district, rent being LlO in arrears. Mr F. R. Chapman appeared for plaintiffs ; Mr Solomon for defendant.—Judgment by consent for plaintiffs without costs; possession to be given up by October 25. 0. D. Hargreaves v. C. F. Glegg,— Claim, LI 8s fid, for removing furniture. Mr Stanford appeared for defendant.—Case dismissed.
