(InDnorce.) D'Albedhyll v. D'Albodhyll.—Petition for decree nisi for dissolution of marriage. Plaintiff's solicitor, Mr J. R. 'ihornton J defendant's solicitor, Mr Adams.
The cases of Tapper v. Tapper and D'Albedhyll v. D'Albedhyll are to be heard before His Honor and special juries of twelve. The former is fixed for the 24th inst., and the latter for the 25th inst.
