Mails close at tho Chief Post Office, Dunedin, subject to any necessary alterations as under:— Local mails between Dunedin and Oamaru, also those for tho Kaseby line, will close at 7.15 a.m., and be forwarded by the 7.45 a.m. train. F'or Northern Poi-tp, overland daily, at 10.30 a.m., at Chief Pout Olfice. Late letters, guard's van. North express train, at 11 a.m. The Tost Office, Dnnedin North, will bo cleared at 10 a.m. Tr.inAY, Skpteiiheh 13, For Akaroa. —Per Mahinapua, at 4 45 p m. Tho registration fee has now been reduced to 3d. The stromer Waipara will leave nokitika for Okarito and Southern ports, etc., on the 7th October. (Signed) Knw.
