A Bill relating to divorce has been intra-' duced in the House of Commons by Mr Hunter, M.P. It proposes to entitle » woman to present a petition for her marriage to be dissolved on the ground that her husband has been guilty of adultery, dr. of " desertion without reasonable excuse for foor ■'* years and upwards. The same desertion on 1 ' '"'•: the part of the wife is equally to entitle a husband to present a similar petition against ; her. The Bill applies to England and/to ' Scotland, § ' ' 7 '
