Mr James Horaburgh was on Satarday elected unopposed as councillor for First Ward, Mornington. John Page, the retiring councillor for Third Ward, was elected unopposed, and H. A. Reynolds was returned unopposed for Second Ward. Mr Andrew Aaskoy (the retiring councillor) was the only candidate nominated for bouth Ward, Maori Hill, to-day. He was proposed by Mr Robert Rosbotham and seconded by Mr William Davey, and was duly elected.
