RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT. (Before E. H. Carew, Esq., R.M.) A. and T. Burt v. W. H. Grove.-Claim, L 3 6j Bd, for goods supplied. Mr Meatyard appeared for defendant, who pleaded that the goods were supplied to his late partner Taylor after their partnership was dissolved. —After evidence had been taken judgment was given for plaintiffs, with costs, C. Colclough v. S. Parmenter.— Claim, Lll 3s, account due. Mr Mouat appeared for plaintiff; Mr Thornton for defendant.— On the application of Mr Mouat this case was adjourned till Wednesday.
