A considerable social sensation has been caused by the dissolution of the marriage between Mr Sabin, formerly United States senator for Minnesota, and his wife. The petition for divorce was presented by Mrs Sabin, and the ground upon which it was granted was that Mr Sabin had become a helpless victim to the fascinations of morphine drinking.
