[Per United Press Association. 1 AUCKLAND, August 29. Patton, another of the victims of tho Hunt Club accident, died at Cambridge this morning. The Auckland footballers left for the South at noon to-day. Lecky could not go, and Breen was included at the last moment, BLENHEIM, August 29. All the criminal business was concluded to-day. The slander action of Adams v. Bell, the damages being laid at LI,COO, is now being tried.
