The North Dunedin Rifles fired the second competition for a prize presented by Mr James Allen, M.H.R., at the Pelichet Bay range last Saturday afternoon. The distances were 300 and 600 yards. A very unsteady wind was blowing, and a number of the scores were very poor. Tho following are
