WELLINGTON, August 14. The superintendent of tho Cable Company informs the Press.Association that "communication may bo restored at any moment. I fear that.the heavy easterly gales have interfered with tho repairs, and we aro watching night and day for the ship to call. Our end of the cible is buoyed 320 knots from Wakapuaka."
