The Supreme Court was opened to-day before Mr Justice Williams. There are only three criminal cases. Rudolph Radka, who became notorious by breaking out of gaol about six months ago, pleaded guilty to the larceny of a pocket-book containing L 8 in money and two cheques, the property of his employer, A. Butcher. He was sentenced to six months' imprisonment, with hard labor.
