TO THE EDITOR. Sill,—Allow me to suggest that the Commissioners should sell packets of tickets, as the tram companies do—say twelve tickets for 103. Season tickets do not really touch tho “ family ” difficulty. One perhaps may wish to take several members of the family, including, possibly, a visitor or two, and the only way—a profitable way too, as I think, to the Commissioners—to overcome this, would be to sell quantities of tickets with a reasonable allowance in tho price of them.
