PUBLIC HOYIOEB. D.I.C. FOR THE LARGEST STOCK AND LATEST NOVELTIES Tiarr THE COMPANY’S WAREHOUSE, HIGH AND BaTTBAV STREETS. P. LAIN©, B. HALLENSTEIN,9 Chairman of Directors, Manager, M’LEOD BROTHERS, Lift, MANTJFAOT*BEB3 of SOAPS, CANDLES, LUBRICATING OILS, GLYCERINE, ESSENCES, AND PERFUMERY. HAVING introduced New Names and Brands for some of our SOAPS and CANDLES, we beg to draw special attention to our best Soap, ‘•LAUNDRINB,” for which we were awarded First Order of Merit at the late Melbourne Inter* national Exhibition. None but the very purest and best materials being need in the manufacture of this quality, it does not injure the most delicate skin or finest fabric, and will be found most economic for all ordinary household purposes, while in the laundry it cannot be surpassed. Our standard qualities, formerly known as THREE CROWN, TWO CROWN, AND HOUSEHOLD, will in future be designated THREE HEART, TWO HEART, AND ONE HEART, respectively. These, as well as the LAUNDRINE, are duly registered, having, in addition to their descriptive names, onr Trade Mark, " A Heart transfixed by an Aebow,” impressed on each bar. They are thus easily distinguished from all others, and we would respectfully ask the public wishing to purchase any of them to note the above particulars. Our SOFT SOAP, being manufactured with the purest Potash, will bo found of superior quality, and most suitable for scrubbing purposes or washing coarse materials. It is invalnale to Saddlers and Livery Stable Proprietors, Our GENUINE KEROSENE SOAP is highly recommended by all who have tried it. Kept by all Grocers. Our BEST CANDLES ("GOLD MEDAL") having also obtained first order of merit in Melbourne, are equal to any imported for mining purposes or domestic use. We have also much pleasure in announcing that we are now manufacturing very superior PARAFFIN AND COMPOSITE CANDLES, which compare very favorably with the best English and Foreign Brands. The manufacture of TOILET SOAPS, ESSENCES, and PERFUMERY is under the management of practical experts, and the rapidly increasing demand for these goods is a guarantee of their superiority.
