Sin,—Permit me to express the pleasure I folt when going down our jetty to see no lees than four full-rigged ships, all of heavy draught, lying there—a sight never before seen in Dunedin, Surely the members of our Harbor Board must feel proud, and rightly too, after the slanders that have been heaped on them.—l am, etc., G.H.S.
