At the South Dunedin Office, letters and newspapers at 5 a.m. on the 24th. At the Port Chalmers Office, at 8 a.m. on the 24th. Late letters, bearing an additional single rate of postage (6d) as a late fee can be posted in the guard's van attached to the North train leaving Dunedin railway station at 11 a.m. on the 24th.
