TO THK EDITOR. Sir, —I see by your report of this case two statements, either misprints or mistakes, in regard to myself. First, bv G. Ford, who is madp to say that he purchased the debts of Ford aud Smith, meaning, I presume, according to fact, the debts of J. Ford and Co. previous to his assignment. . Secondly, by J. Ford, that our capital m starting was to be LIOO each ; the agreement being L3OO each, which sum I put into the business tho first month of my partnership—L2oo in cash and LICO in goods.
