At the District Court to-day His Honor Jndge Ward deolared the bill of sale given by Waters (late proprietor of the Queen's Hotel) for L 1,381 to be void, en the gronnd that it did not state the true value ef the security given, Tbe case was brought by the creditors in Waters's estate; Mr Joel appearing for the creditors, and Mr Woodhouse for the Commercial Property and Finance Company, who were the holders of the bill of sale. No order was made as to costs.
