Mr Barron will move ps an amendment that the present Parliament, having paseod an Act reducing tho number of momberf, subject to tho existing quota, it is undesirable to disturb the decision then arrived at without further reference to the constituencies. In committeo Dr ritcbett intends to move to the effect that tho suburban boroughs be excluded from the four chief city constituencies when tho latter are amalgamated, and eo hopes to rendet every borough and town district in tho colony liable to a 25 per cent, reduction,
