Good fine wools realised 5 to 10 per cent, above May rates, and coarse and poor qualities remained about par. American buyers have taken about 10,000 bales. Messrs Murray, Roberts, and Co, have received tho following cablegram from their London house (Messrs Sanderson, Murray, and Co.), dated lath inst“ Wool sales have closed very firm. As compared with the closing rates of last London sales, medium greasy merino lias advanced 5 per cent., scoured merino and line greasy crossbred sto 7i per cent. ; coarse to low crossbred has declined a shade ; other descriptions firm.
