WELLINGTON, 3mx 1«. The Union Steam Ship Company Are making arrangements for special steamers at redueed fares during Exhibition time. The Takapuna will run quick trips from the Manukau to Lyttelton and another steamer will run from Nelson, thus giving a daily service between Wellington and Lyttelton. Pares will be redueed, and the company are negotiating with the Railway Commissioners to reduce the fares between Lyttelton and Dunedin for seaborne passengers. The trips from Auckland to Dunedin will be possible in fifty-four hours, and the Mararoa will also run, between Melbourne and Bluff in three days and a-h>lf.
