M. Osiris, a Jew of Paris interested in the arts, has placed the sum of L 4.000 in the hands of the Press Committee of the Exhibition for them to award to the moat remaikablework of applied or "useful” art in the show. One-half is to be awarded to the designer, and the other half to the executant.
