Mills, M.H.R., bringing under his notice the necessity for steps being taken by the Government in connection with the formation of the lower portion of the main road from Dunedin to Port Chalmers passing through the Borough of West Harbor. A vote of thanks was accorded to the Mayor for the trouble he had taken in the matter.
