Facta connected with the Washington Preaidentsl inaugural ball:—13,000 people were present. There were 2,716 feet of flags formed iu fans, 1,200 feet of laurel, 6,000 feet of streamers and 6,700 small flags. The ball room was lit by 2,000 inoandescent lights, and the brightness of twenty calcium lights was thrown upon the portraits of the President and Vice-President, which hung over the entrance.
