Mails close at the Chief Post Office, Dunedin, subject to any necessary alterations as under Local mails between Dunedin and Oamaru, also those for the Naseby line, will close at 7.15 a.m., and be forwarded by the 7,45 a.m. train.
For Northern Ports, overland daily, at 10.80 a.m., at Chief Post Office. Late letters, guard’s 'an, North express train, at 11 a.m. The Post Office, Dunedin North, will be cleared at 10 a.m.
Thursday, July 4. For Northern Forts, Per Mararoa, at 1.50 p.m. Late letters, guard’s van. Port Chalmers train, at 2.30 p.m. For Southland, Australian Colonies via Hobart, India, China, Japan, Continent of Europe, United Kingdom, etc.—Per Tarawera, at 150 p.m. Money orders (for Australian Colonies only), registered letters, and newspapers at 12.50 p.m. Late letters, guard’s van, Port Chalmers train, at 2.30 p.m, Friday, July 5, For Akaroa.—Per Mahinapua, at 5 p.m. The Hinemna will leave the Bluff about the 25th inst. for the Auckland Islands and West Coast Sounds.
