At the South Dunedin office, for letters and newspapers at 5 a.m. on the 26th. At the Port Chalmers office, at 8 a.m. on the 26th. Late letters, bearing an additional single rate of postage (6d) as a late fee can be posted in the guard’s van attached to the North express leaving Dunedin railway station at 11 a.m. on the 26th.
