SPORTING INTELLIGENCE.

The Maori football team played their second match in Sydney yesterday against the University team. The visitors won by ono goal and four tries (17 points) to 7 points after a good game, in which somo very fast play was shown. Tries were obtained by F. and W. Warbrick, Elliott, Ellison, and W. Wynyard. Ellison, from ono of these, placed the only goal which tho Maoris scored.
