THE WAITAHUNA MURDER.
DISCHARGE OF WADDELL. [From Our Special Repoeter.J LAWRENCE, June 15. Robert Waddell was brought before Mr Re veil, Resident Magistrate, this morning, and charged on remand with the murder of James Bradford, of Waitahuna. Sergeant Green stated that the police could offer n« fresh evidence beyond that given at the coroner's inquest, and asked that the accused be discharged. Mr Revell sail that there was nothing of a criminatory nature in the evidence, and aceused was accordingly discharged.
