The Hon, J. White has bred two more batches of horses to English time (the latter being six months ahead of colonial time) with a view to contesting the classic events in England in 1891 and 1892. The 1891 draft consist of a full brother to Dreadnought, and a full sister to Singapore. The 1892 batch are a full brother to Narellan and a half brother to Kirkham by MartiniHenry, MILITARY. MELBOURNE, June 14. Colonel Bruco Tulloch has been appointed commandant of tho Victorian land forces.
