The annual meeting of the above was held in the Council Chambers last night. Mr A. Matheson (president) occupied the chair, and there was an excellent attendance of members, REPORT. The annual report stated that during the season the club had played in thirteen interclub matches, also in the Caledonian grand match, the interprovinoial match, and the medal match, the latter two of which they had won with the greatest credit. Altogether fifteen matches were played, of which Roslyn won eleven, lost three, and drew one. In the annual rink tournament Mr Carlton’s rink ran through the whole match, winning the champion cup and four gold medals. The club were indebted to Messrs Duncan and Macgregor for performing legal work in connection with the olub free of charge. The total membership this year was forty-six. . Messrs P. Duncan and R. Chisholm having spoken, the motion for the adoption of the report was carried. The balance-sheet, read by the treasurer, showed the total receipts for the year to have been L 54 16s, and the total expenditure LSO 11s lid.—Adopted, Mr Chisholm presented to the club a handsomely-framed photo, of the members of Mr Carlton’s rink, which won the silver cup at the tournament in February last; and Mr Carlton returned thanks. The following office-bearers were elected: —President, MrP. Duncan ; vice-presidents, Messrs W. C. Allnutt and S. N. Brown; secretary, Mr Roach (re-elected); treasurer, Mr Carlton (re - elected); committee Messrs Wheeler, Chisholm, Morrison, Dickie, and Armstrong; auditors, Messrs Corner and Evett; delegates to the Bowling Association, Messrs Carlton and Duncan.
