In the Divorce Court at Wellington .today Malcolm v. Malcolm, ft wife’s oatitiqa for a decree nki, was granted. Podwe|| y. Dodwell was also a wife’s petition against her husband, 0, C. Dodwell, an Episcopalian minister. Mrs Dodwell deposed to the respondent’s adultery, and stated that she had been driven to doctors by his immorality. He was in the habit of taking strange women to hotels when ho was in Wellington. Evidence to this effect was given by the licensee of the Central Hotel. Dodwell bad the cure at Bulls, but two years ago was suspended by the bishop. A decree nisi was granted, with costs.
