AUCKLAND, June 7
A cable message how Sydnsy says that the s.s. Lubeck arrived there. The case of Cornwell v, M‘Arthur and Co., of London and Auckland, known as the groat Samoan land case, was concluded, judgment being given against the M'Arthurs for 141,276 and costs, Security was required by the Court beh v. tuc defendants wen allowed to appeal.
