INVERCARGILL, June 5.
Constable Griffith, who went from Lumsden to Te Anau in search of the missing tourists, Mr Young and Captain Malcolm, reports that he found no trace of them. Food in the hut erected for the accommodation of travellers was untouched. He believes they must have returned to Milford Sound, which will be visited by the steamer Orawaiti on her way to Greymouth.
