FIRE AT WAITATI.
The stables belonging to Mrs Mitchell, of Waitati Flat, and containing two horses, harness, aud a chaffcutter, were destroyed by fire at 12.30 this morning. The property was uninsured. The fire is supposed to have been caused by men smoking when the bedding was laid down for the horses for the n'gut.
